Webpage capture · on the record
The whole page, captured and emailed to you with a timestamp and a tamper-evident hash. Before it changes. Before it disappears.
§ 01 · The exhibits
Every capture is filed like this: the full rendered page, the address it came from, the moment it was taken, and a fingerprint that proves the file hasn't changed since.

§ 02 · Procedure
Nothing to install, nothing to learn. If you can paste a link, you can put a page on the record from a laptop or a phone.
Any public webpage: a listing, an article, a profile, a policy page. We fetch it with a real browser, exactly as it appears.
The entire page, top to bottom, including everything below the fold. Saved as a pixel-perfect image and a PDF, stamped with the UTC time and hashed.
The capture arrives by email with a permanent hosted link. Your inbox becomes a dated, searchable archive that no one can edit after the fact.
§ 03 · Common filings
The page you need is usually the page that's about to be edited, taken down, or denied. Capture first.
Rental listings, marketplace items, workplace posts, captured by a third party and timestamped before they're edited or deleted.
Case 02 · PreservationA post that might vanish, a listing under review, a page you'll need next month. In your inbox, it can't disappear.
Case 03 · RecordsConfirmation pages, receipts, terms you agreed to, filed as dated PDFs without printing anything.
Case 04 · Proof of timeProve when a page said it, not just what it said. UTC timestamp and file hash on every capture.
Case 05 · ImagesFull-page PNG of any URL, rendered by a real browser with fonts and layout intact. No cropped phone screenshots.
Case 06 · No installWorks from any browser on any device, including the phone in your hand right now.
§ 04 · Fees
No ads, no selling your data, no watermarks. Every pack includes full-page PNG + PDF, email delivery, timestamps, and hashes.
One-time payments. No subscription, no auto-renew, nothing to cancel.
§ 05 · Questions
Two files, a full-page PNG image and a PDF, emailed to you along with a permanent hosted link to each. Every capture records the URL, the UTC date and time of capture, and a SHA-256 hash of the file so you can show it hasn't been altered since.
No. SnapMySite runs in the cloud. You paste a URL on this website; the capture happens on our servers and arrives in your email. It works from any browser on any device, including iPhones and Android phones.
Captures are made by our servers rather than by you, and they carry a timestamp and file hash. That makes them meaningfully stronger documentation than a screenshot you took yourself. Courts and adjudicators decide what to accept case by case, so we don't guarantee admissibility. For high-stakes matters, capture early and keep the email unaltered.
Free screenshot tools pay for themselves with ads, upsells, or your data. We'd rather charge $1 and work for you. The trial is deliberately priced at a dollar so you can judge the quality of a real capture before committing to anything.
No. We capture pages that are publicly reachable at a URL. Anything behind a password (private social accounts, your bank, member-only pages) can't be captured.
Most captures arrive within about thirty seconds. Very heavy pages can take up to a minute or two.
Every capture stays on its hosted link for 1 year. The emailed files are yours forever regardless.
